Barry Greenberg, PhD

Barry Greenberg, PhD, is Associate Professor of Neurology and Director of a nascent Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) Translational Center at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.  Dr. Greenberg has been involved in AD research and drug discovery sincBarry Greenberg, PhDe 1985, holding a series of positions internationally in the US, Sweden and Canada, including within the biotechnology/pharma industry as well as in academia.  He is also editor-in-chief of one of the leading scholarly journals on Alzheimer’s and dementia.  He brings a multi-faceted perspective on AD, and an international reputation drawn from hands-on experience ranging from basic research through human studies.
