Blacks, Hispanics More Likely to Miss or Delay Dementia Diagnosis
Blacks and Hispanics experience missed or delayed diagnoses of dementia more often and have longer diagnosis delays compared with their White counterpart, according to a study published in the journal  Medical Care. There is a wide disparity in dementia diagnosis, especially among racial and ethnic underrepresented groups.
